Andrew Kennedy joined the Mount Allison women's squad officially in 2001 as Assistant Coach. An organizer and worker for the Volleyball Mounties' league matches, Andrew has been no stranger to the Mount Allison University volleyball scene over the last nine years.
A former member of one of the 1994 provincial high school championship teams in Nova Scotia, Andrew was a valuable asset as both a player and coach with the Mount Allison men's volleyball club for four seasons. While attending university he also coached the local Tantramar High School men's team and attained his Volleyball Canada Level I Official's badge.
He has been a great asset to the volleyball programs at Mount Allison, and in 2000 was honoured with one of the University's major service awards for dedication and commitment to Mount Allison's athletic programs.
